Fresco started with three women and a simple idea: fresh, made-to-order food shouldn't be complicated or expensive.
Here, your meal starts with what you want. Build a salad, grain bowl, wrap or something entirely your own from fresh ingredients, proteins, vegetables and dressings. We make it when you order it, so you can keep things light, load up on protein, skip the gluten, go vegetarian—or just build the lunch you're hungry for.

Fresco began with a love of fresh, flavorful food and a desire to give Lorain more choices for eating well. Carmen, Laura (also known as Lali) and Jacqie bring that idea to life on Broadway, with a welcoming neighborhood bistro where you can make every meal your own.
Drawing inspiration from the foods of Peru and Asian Fusion, our menu pairs bold flavors with the everyday ease of a freshly made salad, bowl, or wrap. Choose your favorites, try something new, and build a meal that fits your appetite.
That spirit of discovery extends beyond the kitchen. Stop in for lunch, browse work by local artists and makers in our shop, or settle in with a friend. We want Fresco to be a place you feel comfortable coming back to—and bringing someone along.
One building. Three distinct experiences.
Fresco shares its Broadway Ave building with two sister businesses: Brass & Bronze Foundry, an upscale bar and restaurant upstairs, and the Emerald Speakeasy, a reservation-only spot tucked below. Same block, same spirit of doing things a little differently — different hours, different menu, different vibe.

Our Eat + Shop space pairs a made-to-order kitchen with a small boutique featuring a rotating mix of local goods, Peruvian handcrafted bags, art and gifts you won't find everywhere else.

We’ve been serving lunch in downtown Lorain since 2020, with made-to-order salads, power bowls, wraps, subs, soups, and ramen that our reviewers keep coming back to.
